We needed roof tile replacements, some tiles reattached and some new concrete ball caps. Our sweet neighbors gave us the recommendation of Craven Construction. We received a timely estimate and roof work was completed today. Yay! Craven Construction provided us high quality service at a reasonable cost. We are completely satisfied. Also, they are Licensed bonded and insured. Very professional team.

I gotta say...... I needed a roof replacement in Payson and Randy was able to do it immediately! (It is sometimes hard to get contractors in that area.) I was very impressed! Excellent communication, completed within the time given, very clean and the crew was very clean, friendly and respectful. Randy the owner and Kari in the office stayed on top of the whole process. Also, photos of the whole process were available for the project. I highly recommend Craven Construction. Great job guys!!

They completely gutted our guard house and replaced the drywall, textured and painted. LOOKS GREAT. Something we can be PROUD of, also fixed and foamed our roofing which was caving in. Randy, Chris and everyone was friendly and professional. GREAT JOB. Will definitely use them AGAIN and REFER TO OTHERS.

The crew showed up on time, worked hard and did a great job. They cleaned up everything and made sure I was happy. The owner followed up to make sure I was happy with their work. Craven Construction was a pleasure to work with when I needed a new roof. They were responsive, showed up when they said they would, had the job completed onetime, and their price was extremely competitive. Irvine and the rest of the crew who did the work were great. The new roof looks great!

We hired Randy (craven construction) to replace a foam roof on my building. We spend about $75k to get a new roof. Randy left the roof exposed when we had a storm causing over $650k in damages. That was not a smart thing to do as a roofer. Roofers 101. The rain washed away the coating that he applied to the roof. My roof has been leaking every time we have rain and it is worse than before. Randy send some kids to check it after weeks from us calling and text messaging him. Bad service. Randy would never blame himself or admit that he made a mistake. He will blame everything else. I would not do business with him, bad service and more importantly bad morales.

This co. Is very professional and used better materials than the others i had interviewed the cost was comparable but they went way beyond the rest. They saved me over 2 thousand compared to others on my solar. Everyone should use them as the materials they used was better as most people dont think longevity on there roofs. Thanks randy

They did a great job for the agreed price

The men worked from sunup to sundown two days The third day, one man spent several hours cleaning the yard area. Mr Craven checked the progress and was there the last day to ensure the cleanup and my satisfaction. He used a drone to take pictures to show where changes had been needed. Of course it’s expensive, but I believe the quality was worth it.

I hired them to replace my awning, Randy said it was so expensive because they used the best quality parts and had a special technique in sealing it. It sounded like a scam at that part but they had such amazing reviews. The last day of work randy said just give his crew the rest of the money and they'd come back and finish the final details the next day. It was a lie they never came back, But he cashed that check real fast. I had had to put my fence back up that they tore down to make it easier for themselves to put up the awning. The drain spouts are still laying in the grass and there is no sealing on the roof or awning, no flashing, nothing. I have tried and failed multiple times to get a hold of Randy. His phone just goes to voice mail every time I call. I've left several messages on his phone with no reply. If you hire them be wary, don't listen to Randy, don't believe a single thing he tells you, and don't pay them until you have looked over the job and seen it was finished for yourself.

when they damaged the awning, they said they didn't do it!!!! Had to argue with the owner.... Also, my husband had to work 21/2 days to clean up the area!! Was even a bottle on the awning....

Good response time. Did everything they said they would do. I do recommend them. And I loved chatting with Ronda on the phone.
