The Cravens employee was skilled and helpful. It would be preferred that he explain the work required and level of difficulty. I was surprised by the charge. I paid but it exceeded my expectations for cost.

They did a great job with fixing the light I have been having trouble with for several months. They also installed a new ceiling fan and did a great job of getting it done in a timely manner and clean up when they were finished. I will definitely hire them again.

Oscar and Christian M. were both very professional and friendly!! They were able to get the work we needed done on a Saturday after diagnosing the problem the day before!! We had no power due to a bad breaker box and Christian stayed there all day Saturday fixed the problem and didn’t leave until he was sure we were up and running!! Hands down the best electric company in Houston!! We got quotes from several companies and they were by fair the best in both customer service and price!! We highly recommend Cravens Electric!!
