I built a detached fence, so I paid them in full. I came to find out that there were numerous boards left that were not nailed (or partially nailed). Send multiple texts over the course of several months. Long story short, the contractor basically ghosted me. I will not be hiring them again. Go with somebody else if you have a choice. Do not expect any response from them if anything goes wrong. Once you give them the money, you are on your own.
