Crawl Space Brothers- Asheville

We used CSB to install a vapor barrier and dehumidifier in crawl space. The project went very smooth. They showed up when they said they would and communicated well before, during, and after the project. We are pleased with the results and would recommend them.

We were initially scheduled for a consultation, but they failed to show up. I had booked the appointment 4-5 days ago, and all I received was a generic email informing me of a 2.5-hour time slot. On the day of the appointment, I waited for 3 hours within the entire time frame, but I didn’t receive a single phone call or any communication. Moreover, there’s no contact email for this company. Instead, I have to call a nationwide number that routes me to a local office, where I only get a voicemail. Ironically, as I’m writing this review, another company that I had scheduled for tomorrow just called to confirm our appointment and provide a reminder. It seems that Crawlspace Brothers needs to improve their customer service. This is not the way to attract new customers.

Crawl Space Brothers did a great job for us. They came on the scheduled day and finished the work quicker than anticipated. We had a remote humidity detector added that I can check on my phone . The new dehumidifier maintains the crawl space humidity at an optimal level. Update: Crawl Space Brothers stands behind their work! Two years after installationm my dehumidifier had a bad thermocouple and was not defrosting correctly. One call and the technician, Devin, came and replaced the thermocouple that was under warranty.

I highly recommend Crawl Space Brothers.Jeremy was very helpful in educating us what was going on under the crawl space . He recommended us different options we can do that will save us money to repair the damage. Again I highly recommend this is a trustworthy company. S. Lee
