Crawlspace Services of NEPA

After researching, we chose Crawlspace Services of NEPA, with Jimmy and his crew. They received wonderful reviews. I can now say we 100% agree with them ! PROS: 1. Jimmy is humble and HONEST. He and his crew work very hard. Treat your home like their own. 2. Quickly returns calls, comes to assess the situation and explain his plan, and then sets up a very quick date to do the job. Very timely, shows up when he says. 3. Completes the job as he stated he would and said call if you encounter any problems. (Job was perfect!!) 4. Price was more than reasonable!! They encapsulated our basement that has 3 sump pumps. The trench we had was filling up with rocks & dirt where the sump pump was located. The insulation was hanging from the ceiling, a mess. The floor of boulders dirt rocks were made as level as possible, they dug a new trench and reinforced it, put a heavy duty dehumidifier in and encapsulated the basement. Today we had them back to insulate our attic! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Jamie and his crew were unbeleivable. They cleaned out and did the Incapsulation like it was their own home. Jamie is a great and very honest person. He goes above and beyond what was expected. He explains everything to you and there is no BS with him. I would totally recommend Crawlspace Services for anyone who needs to Incapsulate a basement.

They turned our damp dark dirt floor with 6' of room crawl space into a bright clean, insulated warm crawl space. We can now work on pipes; the well tank is insulated and will not freeze. They were on time, quick and did a Great job. I would recommend. Agnes

Jimmy and his team did an amazing job on the crawlspace of my mom. They were courteous, on time, and their work was truly exceptional. They repaired wood damage to the main beam and joists, encapsulated the crawlspace, and applied mold treatment. I am so thankful for their professional job. We would highly recommend the company. Very friendly and promised to fix the water coming into my basement. Had three possible fixes so started with the cheapest option which they said it should work. Work done was poor quality and I continued to get water in my basement. After leaving emails, phone messages, and text messages for over a week, I finally received a callback. They said they cannot do anything else for me and good luck. When I asked about the guarantee they claim to offer, they said the work they did improve my house so I cannot get anything back. So basically they took my money. Never use this company.

Highly recommended. Dave & I had a misunderstanding in the beginning during the estimate process, but he handled it with much professionalism and grace. I decided to go with them in part because their quote was much more affordable than their competitors (plus all the great reviews). They did fantastic work installing a French drain system in my basement. All workers were courteous, hard-working, and they went above and beyond to also add a window well cover and topsoil to slope away from my basement. I'll be giving them a call if I need anything that falls within their scope of work. Thank you, gentlemen!

Crawlspace encapsulation. 'Was pleased with results in December, waited until May to see if my opinion would change. No change, still very pleased with results: crawlspace is dry and clean, the quote was both detailed and performed as quoted, work was timely. Highly recommended!

I am very happy with the work. The sump pump cleared all the water from under my bathroom and the gigantic puddle next door.

Jimmy was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what was needed in our crawl space. He tore all wet / moldy insulation ,replaced all rotten beams, installed the humidifier and did the entire encapsulation. He came on a weekend to meet with to explain the processes in person. ( we live out of state ) We Highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough about this company. Their response time to my initial phone call, the quickness in which they were able to start the job and complete it on time were top notch. They kept us apprised of any issues and their progress as they completed the job. Jimmy was excellent. Professional in every way. Being a part time Pa resident it has been difficult to hire professionals when things needed to be done and this company has been the best to deal with.
