Landscape Minor Grading or Resloping Service
He misrepresented his experience; one of the trees that he had to cut fell on his black pickup truck. He takes our money and walks off the job. No grading for sod, No Zoysia sod received, no Flagstone path or patio in back yard, no Driveway drain. The yard drains have popped out of the the ground; The corrugated pipes were not buried deep enough and popped out of the ground. No Flumes along driveway because he said " professional finishers" not available. We did not want Michael Sumlin to do with another worker based on poor knowledge of details. Please ask us for pictures and we will be happy to comply.

They are terrific. The estimate was reasonable. The owner went over everything his men worked on and made sure they knew where adjustments needed to be made. The final product was beautiful. Mr Summerlin listened to me and did what I asked. In fact, I'm going continue to use him for my regular maintenance.
