If I could give them zero stars, I would. I contracted with Crayton in November for re-paving my driveway. Kendal seemed very knowledgeable and prompt, and I saw the glowing reviews here. Everything went smoothly until they did the job. It was clearly substandard from the start. The biggest issue (but not the only one) was that it was not correctly installed and/or compacted. After keeping cars off of the driveway for the stipulated time, every time I parked on it, imprints of the tires would appear. Clearly it was not compacted properly. Three times someone came over to try to fix it, but I am still getting imprints, after two months. Last week, the top layer started flaking off in multiple spots. They started ignoring my texts and emails weeks ago. At this point, I am looking into what legal action I can take, since they will not communicate with me.
