"There was a Maintenance performed on 5/31/17 for the Spring and 11/2/17 for the Fall Maintenance. The agreement was for two maintenance's. After (consumer name withheld per their request) called the office the Office staff presented it to (consumer name withheld per their request) and he told the office to allow one more maintenance in the Spring for the misunderstanding of the contract. So (consumer name withheld per their request) was mailed a new invoice stating nothing is owed for the Spring 2018 Maintenance."
