Bathroom Remodel
Yes, I recommend this pro
We hired Craig Forbes of Creag Construction to help us remodel our family bathroom in Half Moon Bay, CA. The project started on 11/26/18 and it was mostly over by 12/18/18. His work included: Full bathroom remodel. Remove old clawfoot tub, vanity, fixtures, and toilet, and mirror. He installed a new shower surface, new tile floor-to-ceiling in the shower with a vertical accent, installed two in-wall niches and a corner shower seat. Remodeling work included re-piping, running new electrical, waterproofing the shower, installing new floor tiles and painting. Items purchased for the project: Exhaust fan, faucet, pop-up drain, corner vanity and medicine cabinet, new rain shower head, shower wand, new toilet, light dimmer, GFCI outlet, recessed lights, wall shelf, hand towel ring, and two sconces. ~2K Labor and rough materials: ~12K Shower Glass ~ $1.8K Plumbing ~ $2K Craig was very organized, very respectful, and kept dirt and dust to a minimum cleaning our small walkway after each day at work. A very minor issue occurred when, due to the year-end holidays, it took almost three weeks to get a vanity mirror fixed, but Craig came through at the end once the parts were all available and finished the job. Here is a time-lapsed video of my remodel. https://youtu.be/-YHhpvbloEo
