Create C.H. Solutions

I got the structural drawings made for the extension of the kitchen and the addition of a foyer. The invoice also included getting the approval/permit from the city. While he did a good job with the design, it has been more than 18 months and he has not provided me city permit. He has taken all the money and has not completed what he is expected to do. He never returns calls and I have been trying to follow up with him for a very long. I would not suggest anyone hire him.

We originally contact Create C.H. Solutions to design our addition with the intent on using another contractor to complete the remodel. Upon seeing Angel's design, we knew that he was the contractor for us. The design was perfect, and he captured all of our notes and details that we mentioned to him. From the beginning of construction to the end of the remodel, Angel and his team were very professional. I would surely recommend Create C.H. Solutions to anyone.

The architect listened and gave us exactly what we needed. The workers were kind and courteous. When I needed a different color, they repainted without complaint. I would recommend to anyone.
