After working with general contractors over a 25 year period, this is one of the best I have had the opportunity to hire. His approach is very unassuming, but his knowledge base on how to specifically do the job, the right way, is extremely profound. You know immediately a good contractor is before you when he will not accept the job when asked to do inferior work. The pride he and his team take in the finishing is something to behold. Erick is true to the name of the company, Creating Solutions. I needed a variety of rather complicated problems in my house taken care of. Some I had been living with over a year. He came in and over a day and a half he fixed all of them. Looking forward to working with him again.
