Creation Landscapes

Project: Renovation of a 500 square foot residential deck. My experience with Creation Landscapes was not favorable. It took the company 3 plus months to complete the project. I believe the reasons for this overly long duration were as follows: 1) lack of project management skills; 2) lack of customer service skills 3) working an average day of 2 hours 4) working in what I believe was an intoxicated and 5) poor treatment of employees. The company also has refused to return to fix two outstanding items.

Robert and his crew did an amazing job on our beautiful new walkway & our new firepit!!! He's very nice & honest. He always made sure to communicate with us, if there were going to be delays. Highly recommended!!

I hired this com0any late in the fall so Rob had to deal with wintry conditions but made it out as often as he could. He always answers his phone or will call you back in a timely manner if you leave a message. Great carpentry work that looks very nice and is durable. I recommend this company.

Not reliable. Contracted and paid for deck repair to side deck and a step on back deck. Contracted in May 2019. Didn't get to side deck until July. Said he had other projects and asked me to be flexible. LOL! Oct 28, back deck not done yet. Would not hire again or recommend.

Robert replaced a concrete block retaining wall that was starting to fall over. The finished project looks fantastic, and was done with proper drainage, geogrid, and a nice backward lean to make sure it doesn't fall over again! The project was done right on budget, even though there were some delays due to bad weather. It is very clear that Robert takes pride in his work, and he and his crew are highly recommended!

Quick to respond and worked hard to complete within a short time. Good value for a reasonable price for sure.

Robert did an excellent job tearing down an ancient deck and replacing it with a much improved version. He is a careful, thorough craftsman. His being a one-man band, there were delays due to his other commitments and, of course, weather. But I said up front there was no urgency, so we are greatly pleased with the outcome.

I talked to him, But he never called back. Robert, if you read this please do give me a call with permitting finds.

Robert did everything we contracted for efficiently and conscientiously and on time. Very easy to to business with.
