Reviews
Write a ReviewI had a partial bath remodel with adding a shower and tub surround. The service I received was wonderful. The entire process was easy and comfortable. Everyone was on time, courteous and very respectful. Chuck took his time and explained each of the materials needed so I could make an informed choice. He had great samples and photos of how the product looks when fully installed. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need and was excellent at keeping me well within my budget. George was great with the installation. Very courteous and respectful. He was very careful of my floors, laying tarps all the way through to ensure there was no damage. I have an older home with plaster walls and wood trim going around the wall about half way up. George was meticulous when cutting the plaster and the wood trim connection to the surround looks as if it was always there. He showed me each step as he went along and did a great job cleaning up after completion. Everything is working great and looks beautiful. Iâ m very pleased and would highly recommend giving Creative Bath a call for your bath remodel.
Installers (Jason and Shawn) were very professional, polite, and made sure that everything was picked up before they left for the day. They worked hard and got the job done before they had originally said. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend the company and these two installers.
They haven't started our bathroom yet, but we did like the Salesperson Chuck. He was very thorough with outlining what his company was going to do. They are very busy, so we are hoping they start in March. Very excited about this project. I rated their work quality 4.5 only because the work hasn't been done, and I couldn't submit this unless I rated them.
Creative Bath workers were professional and courteous. Jason's team arrived on time daily. They were efficient and kept me informed about the process during the transformation of my bathroom. All staff including salesman (Chuck) and installers treated my concerns with care. I will highly recommend Creative Bath Systems to my family and friends.
The installers made this project delightful for us. The installers (Jason & Jason) were very professional and prompt daily for the entire time (5 days) of the project. The communication was great. These guys took great care to clean up daily and took measures to keep dirt and dust off the floor and carpet. I would highly recommend this crew to family and friends.
We hired this company but the work is not scheduled to begin for another 6-8 weeks. We were obviously impressed w/ the sales rep, what we could see in pictures of the products & the fairness of the price. We ll let u know what we think of the finished product and it s relative value when a finished product exists.
Jason and Amed were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They arrived right on time. Took less time than expected. Beautiful job
The salesman was a liar and took advantage of my senior citizen mother. My mother had just purchased this condo and some leaky plumbing behind the bathtub turned up during the inspection. While the salesman was out doing his sales pitch my mother told him she scheduled a plumber to repair this and the salesman said they take care of all of that. While they were installing my mother questioned why it wasn't fixed and they said it wasn't in their contract. She contacted the salesman who said 'what do you want us to do, the whole unit' This is inexcusable. The painter who was there at the time over heard the conversation and got on the phone and the salesman was as equally nasty to him. During the salesmans presentation we were also lead to believe that everything was ripped out down to the studs and all the mold was treated. Last time we saw it only a small portion of tile along the bottom was ripped out and drywalled. They also had my mother go to the store to buy bleach. They left a cut edge along the wall open and left the trim piece in the bathtub for my mother to take care of. No respectable contractor would do this.
From Chuck, the sales rep. To Jason the installer, I truly felt as though my friends were doing this job for me. 100% PROFESSIONAL! From the time I posted my job on Home Advisor till finished. Chuck was very helpful in guiding me on what they could do to help with my elderly mothers walk-in bath. With out his guidance, I may have purchased a walk in tub that I really didn't need or that would work the best for my situation. I will recommend, and I'm already telling all my friends about my experience, like I was a mother talking about her newborn. That's 1 number I won't delete from my phone contacts.
They were very professional and did quality work. My only complaint was that it took several weeks longer to install than I was told.
