Left my house in shambles. I have an order of protection with the Dover Police on him if he steps on my property. Had to hire another contractor to redo all the work that he started. Avoid this Contractor if you want to keep your sanity. Pressed fraud charges with the Vermont DA.

He does not show up for work. I have repeatedly asked for a refund for another project I signed a contract for in June, he has not touched it. I keep asking for my deposit of $22,500 back, he does not respond and does not answer his phone. The job he did start, a deck and enclosed porch, is not finished. The roof is leaking and I cannot use the room. DO NOT HIRE HIM. Update: 05/12/2023 Craig responded to one review I wrote; that was one project, and after 6 months of this with no start date, he did refund the deposit on that. However, another project, a deck and porch, was never completed. All payments were made to him on time, but after the last payment in October, he went missing, never returned, and will not return emails or phone calls. Did not complete the project and did not return my money. We agreed to arbitration, went through that, and I won the arbitration. He still refuses to pay me. Now I have a case in court. Do not hire this man; now he is evading being served with the court case.

I work from home so they often checked in with me to make sure everything was to my liking. It was refreshing to be able to hire a competent and reliable contractor..they are hard to find in VT. Price was also very reasonable, would definitely recommend them!

We hired Craig Morse to remodel our kitchen and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The craftsmanship is horrible (Omg) and the communication is even worse. He agreed to come back after he said the job was completed to fix the cracks in the walls and ceilings, to fix the flooring that he installed incorrectly, to reframe the custom window that is a total mess, in addition to several other issues that he ACKNOWLEDGED and promised to fix for us, at no extra charge. We recently found out that he has blocked us on social media, changed his cell phone number, and dissolved his old construction LLC, CMM Construction. He needs to be held accountable for his terrible job And also for agreeing to come back and fix all of his mistakes instead of just being able to dissolve his LLC change his contact information and start over. Brattleboro Vermont is better than that!

Good fair price, they came when they said and cleaned up after they were done. I hired them and paid them and nothing else. It s very hard to get reliable people in Vermont. I was pleasantly surprised. Great job .

This was the job every contractor fears. Around every corner was a new unseen problem. An uphill battle from start to finish. Craig & his team were very adaptive and quick to react to each and every curveball. We had a strict deadline to have the job completed by, and they hit it. Despite my many many questions and emails, they remained calm, confident, and professional at all times. We plan on calling them back for further work in the spring.... if they dare.
