This company was fantastic! All of the crews that came in did so in a timely manner and they did excellent work. We were only displaced from our kitchen for one night. If there were ever issues and they were few, they were handled promptly. Our kitchen is beautiful! I would highly recommend Creative Cabinet Refacing. They are truly the best and we couldnâ  t be happier!

I have done my fair share of renovation projects bringing in local contractors and especially here in FL it seems like there is an abundance of work for them so they either do shoddy work or don't even return your calls. That is not the case with CCR. I did a ton of research before having my cabinets refaced with uppers to the ceiling added. I work in the hardware industry and got multiple quotes. Some companies (think orange) treated me like I didn't have a clue and quoted a ridiculous price. CCR, on the other hand, was wonderful from the initial consultation. They explained the entire process including the timeline, showed me multiple options, and were up front and transparent with their quote. Once I signed with them, they kept in constant communication on where we were at in the process. When it came time for the install they made sure I knew what to expect and how long the actual install would take. The installer, just like the initial sales rep was courteous, professional, and TIDY! Each day during the install he made sure everything was protected before starting and then cleaned up each evening so that we could easily still use our kitchen! The end result was even better than expected and the owner even called me once everything was complete to check in and make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company and will likely use them again in the future!

Let begin by saying WOW! Our kitchen is brand new. When we bought our home, the young flippers had placed brand new beautiful one piece granite in the kitchen. Unfortunately they very poorly and cheaply just sprayed the cabinets. The cabinets were rough, had plenty of blemishes and the hardware was crooked. We now have brand new doors, new hardware, 2 cabinets turned into 3 tier pull outs, all soft close hinges and all cabinets wrapped in 1/4" venier. John, our sales rep, was amazing with the design process. Had every sample we wanted to see and designed the project around our vision. We waited over 5 months to get on the schedule and it was worth the wait. Aaron was our installer. Hands down amazing. Very knowledgeable and you can tell he took pride in the craft he has been doing for 20 plus years. 9k vs 22k and new granite was a no Brainer. We looked at multiple options and decided with CCR. I don't think there is a company in Jacksonville that can match the professionalism, and overall quality of product as CCR.

Outstanding craftsmanship and customer service. From start to finish they were wonderful. My refinished kitchen cabinets are beautiful and back to a natural stained wood. Will be using them again for the bathrooms. Thank you CCR for your excellent work!

We highly recommend this family business! From the 1st time John came to give us an estimate we were very pleased with his suggestions for the kitchen cabinets, both bathroom vanities and redesign of pantry and kitchen cabinets. Working with Shane and Trudy was a pleasure, she gave us numerous ideas and assisted us with choosing finishing touches, the workmen were prompt, efficient and left everything spotless! I used this company because I was blown away with the kitchen renovation they did for my customer. I used them to redo my bathroom cabinets and they are stunning. After 25 years of an outdated and inefficient kitchen, I contacted several companies to estimate updating it. Creative Cabinets was the most outstanding of them all. They listened to my ideas and suggested valuable improvements. They reused existing cabinets with new cabinets to save money and transform the space to better meet my needs. After the cabinets were resurfaced and the doors replaced, my kitchen became the showcase of my home. Their craftsmen were efficient, courteous and professional. It is said, "the kitchen is the heart of the home". I am refreshed every day when I go to my kitchen. I have the family at Creative Cabinets to thank for that.

We had cabinets refaced, bar top counter removed new quartz counter top, and backsplash installed, also added a cabinet under the pass through!!! Professional crew that did excellent work!!! We are very pleased with the finished product!!!!

The project was well done and everyone was very pleasant to work with. I was very pleased with their suggestions and help. My kitchen cabinets were resurfaced and new wood doors installed. Great company that I would use again John came out had great idea to add 3 wide drawers in place of cabinets. Installer did a great job and Shane did a great job keeping me informed, the kitchen looks beautiful.
