Doors (Interior) Installation and Replacement
I had a great experience working with Create Cabinetry. I posted a project on Angi to replace several interior and closet doors and needed the work completed on a very short timeline. Create Cabinetry responded quickly with a competitive quote that fit within my budget and was able to accommodate my schedule without any issues. When the team arrived, they were professional, courteous, and got right to work. Their craftsmanship was excellent, and they completed the project ahead of schedule. They also took the time to thoroughly clean the work area, leaving everything in the same condition as before they started. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Create Cabinetry to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and high-quality home improvement services.

I’d give this a 4-star rating. He installed both my front and back doors, and overall the work was solid. There were a few things I expected to be included—like removing and disposing of the old doors and doing a more thorough cleanup outside my home. That said, I’d still rate it between 4 and 5 stars. I would recommend his service, but suggest discussing cleanup expectations or setting a clear budget for that upfront.

"Jamie, We gave you the cost to dispose your doors and trim on your 1st estimate, and when we were there, we asked your wife what we should do with the old doors and trim and she told us to put them in the garage, so we assumed you didn't want to pay a disposal charge, and we put them in the garage. We did not charge you the disposal charge. We think this was just a miscommunication on what you wanted. Sorry cleanup was not to your satisfaction, We will try to improve on that. We did however not charge you for going and picking up the trim you needed for your doors, while we were on your project, we only charged you for the trim, and had we known we were suppose to take your old doors and trim , we certainly would have done that. You did call us that evening and say the doors turned out better than you expected, so we are a bit surprised to read your review. We charged you exactly what the estimate was plus the trim, which you asked us to get for you, and that is all we charged you. Thanks for the review, it's not a bad review, just wish you would have told us that evening when you call us you were not completely satisfied. Look no further, you’ve found your door and carpentry experts! They do excellent work, are easy to work with, and truly care about your project. Their pricing is fair and a great value, offering thoughtful solutions every step of the way. They even fixed an unrelated baseboard issue at no charge which says a lot about their integrity. Our new interior doors look fantastic - highly recommend!

From the quick responsiveness as we established the project, to setting up the days for picking up the doors, matching the stain, and the install it was a very smooth project. Rich and Sharon did a fantastic job!! They were fast, priced fairly, friendly, experienced and professional. We wanted a door that blocked sound and they helped us by recommending door. They also helped match the paint. We hadn't even considered this but they pointed out that there was a door right next to it so they needed to match. We appreciated their attention to detail. This was such a stress-free and positive experince. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND RICH AND SHARON!!! They not only do great work, they are also great people. We highly recommend Rich and Sharon at Creative Cabinetry. Our ask was unique, we needed the skill and artistry of a detail carpenter. We wanted a custom door built from 130 year old wood and hardware with a hidden hinge. The door was going to be artwork, representing our family farm and functional to cover a door opening. We are beyond happy. The couple team understood the importance of this ask and quickly understood our vision. The door is beautiful and exactly what we envisioned.

Creative Cabinetry did an outstanding job on our home project. Rich and Sharon were prompt, professional, and personable—quite frankly, "they had us at hello". My wife and I knew right away they were the right team. They didn’t need to mention their nearly 40 years of experience—it was obvious in how they listened, understood exactly what we needed, and gave us a clear quote to install 12 solid core interior door slabs and hardware. Richard did a great job with my closets. The doors were a little too big, so he trimmed them down to fit perfectly. He got everything done pretty quickly and the price was super reasonable. I totally recommend this service to anyone looking to install doors

Excellent communication using email and text to schedule install. I admired the attention to detail of matching house trim, sealing gaps, customizing to fit odd dimensions, cleanup and Sealing nail marks. Very well done and worth the money - that door should last a long time. They provided coaching on what door details needed to be specâ d for the door order.

Very happy from start to finish. They have clearly installed hundreds if not thousands of doors. Husband and wife team. Came out and measured the door, along with advice on where to look for doors. This resulted in savings of thousands by not going through tv ad companies. (You buy a door from whoever and they install. This made the process hassle free, because again they donâ  t care where you get the door, they only charge to install.) Great communication to line up a date/time and very personable throughout. I would highly recommend.

Rich and Sharon are top notch. I asked them about a project I was contemplating - installing murphy doors on the bedroom and bathroom doors on one wall of my living room / kitchen combination. They installed them today and did a perfect job. Now it looks like I have two bookcases on that wall that have always been there. I couldn't be happier.
