Austin was amazing!! Quick efficient clean and we love our closet!

It was a pleasure working with Jake and Tim at Creative Closets. Jake was attentive to all of our needs. Professional in every aspect of the process. Patient when we changed somethings mid steam. Worked with us when scheduling conflicts came up. The two installers had the same standards. Showed up on time, got right to work. They both did an awesome job. We were very impressed with their work. The job turned out great.

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish! Tim came to our home for the initial consultation and was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He offered great suggestions and made the entire design process easy and stress-free. The whole team did a fantastic job coordinating everything. Communication was excellent, scheduling was seamless, and we always knew what to expect. The professionalism from the entire team was impressive. The installation itself exceeded our expectations. The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed our beautiful new closets in just a few hours. From booking the consultation visit, until work got completed, they have been very detailed and organized in explaining the whole process and completing the job. Each staff I interacted with has been courteous and knew their job very well. I'll definitely recommend to others to get their service.

From start to finish the team was respectful, responsive, professional, and efficient. They went above and beyond during both the planning and installation phases! They considered challenges with our space that I would have overlooked if I ordered a system myself. They were even thoughtful enough to bring us treats and/or coffee.

We had received several quotes for closet systems for our home. Creative Closets listened to what we wanted, came up with a design that met our needs, provided prompt service with a quality product at a reasonable price.

The representative who planned the closet was very accommodating and easy to work with. The installer was prompt and did great work. Both were friendly, helpful, and professional.

Jeff, Jon, and Tim provided the vision I was looking for in a closet organizer. The whole process was amazingly easy for me. Quality is important to me and that is what I got. They are professionals and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to others. I’m now eager to have them do other projects.

Tim was knowledgeable and easy to work with , and the design and install went very well. We were only slightly disappointed with the visible pre drilled hardware holes on the outside walls of our closet as we had a large wall style closet built on a wall in our bedroom. Since standard pre made materials are used there was no getting around this. Other than that our new closet is amazing and holds much more than we anticipated. We are very happy.
