Owner and Operator Jessica "Jazzy" Pierce found a way to incorporate her love for raw gemstones and aromatherapy along with her love of a clean and organized "fresh breath of air" house. Anyone who knew her before Creative Concepts C&D knows her home always had a different sense of peace that you couldn't quite put your finger on. How did a full time career oriented mother of 3 keep a clean house, a sense of peace and a level head? Well She finally decided to share her secret! Combining Cleaning with reorganization, her Home Made Fabric Freshener and Aromatherapy based "kitchen oil boil" including scents scientifically proven to DECREASE stress, and anxiety. Its the pick me up without the extra cup of coffee. Why isn't it worth a try?

Tracie came out to clean our air ducts. She did a great job, and left everything very clean and did not leave any debris on floor after completed. When I asked her about the process she explained it to me, and seemed very knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to meet and do business with! Thank you Tracie from Creative Concepts and Cleaning. This company goes above and beyond any company I've ever hired. They cleaned my Grandfather's home and it was not an easy task to say the least. They made sure he was as comfortable as possible with the surprise visit his family put into place. Even went to the extent of bringing him breakfast one morning. Jazzy and her team have the biggest most caring heart and it shows. Highly recommended. Won't go anywhere else after such a magical experience.

Answered all my questions and really connected and listened to my concerns, what I wanted done and needs.Explained exactly what detailed cleaning she would do. Creative concepts did an amazing job cleaning my clients home after a remodel project! They got there early and stayed late to make sure the home was spotless. They worked hard cleaing up behind us as we were hustling to complete the project just before the clients were scheduled to arrive. My clients were very happy to come home to a newly remodeled home that was also perfectly clean. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again.

Her pricing is very affordable and she will price out everything that is needed and then you can pick and choose what you think should be done first. Unbelievable attention to detail. They spent the entire day at my unit after a previous tenant left. My unit looks brand new! I own 4 rentals and have never been this happy with a deep cleaning. Our Search for excellence is finally over!!!! After having minimal luck and bad service with so many companies, We we were referred to Creative Concepts by a neighbor who had just used them, with a stellar outcome. Oh boy are we glad we took their advice, because Jazzy and Cherie were absolutely amazing. Attention to detail does not even begin to touch on the incredible job that they did. They even found dog toys that had been missing so long, I had totally forgotten we'd even owned them. She will be our forever cleaner, as long as she is willing to put up with us.

Very disappointed in the service the home was completely empty and what we asked to be done was not. Ruined the stainless steel behind the stove, ruined the filter in the hood vent, and never wiped down the handrail going upstairs it was covered in dust, kitchen cabinets and drawers empty and was asked to wipe them down and this was not done either as they had dust and trash still in the drawers and cabinets. Was told that she would return to try and get stainless steel back to original state but never returned and stainless will have to be replaced. Upstairs shower must not have been cleaned bc the faucet did not work when we arrived to move in. Would not call on them again. I did not want to write a review but have been slammed with requests so maybe HomeAdvisor will leave me alone after this review as I already told them verbally when they called that we were not happy and would not use the cleaning service from Creative Concepts ever again.

"being honest about it being a post construction job would have saved us both a lot of headache. although I immediately knew based off of my knowledge you insisted it was not. hence, the dust returned. as for your tub it worked fine and I have before and after pictures of everything if you care to see. also, I reached out to you and offered a full refund plus the replacement of your aluminum. which was ruined because of how far gone your hood vent was. I tried to save it."
