Very hard worker, satisfied with results.

Robert Frazer is not capable of sanding and sealing pavers though he claims he does that for a living. He was angry, brought his young children to help him work, and every conversation was about him needing more money to complete the job. I agreed to a $500 increase, but that was enough. He wanted more. He did come out and gave me an estimate. (He knew what the job was). I had to close my doors and stay in the house to avoid his aggressive behavior. I had to call my son to help deal with Rob. I had enough of his bad behavior and constant whining about more money and I said I am done. He said he would finish with the sand he left. He never sprayed down the back patio pavers with water, the water sets the sand. That night it rained and the sand is now hardened on my pavers along with his muddy footprints. It s a complete mess and will be costly to repair or replace. I would not trust this incompetent man with any job ever. I want a refund or be able to put this money towards a repair. Robert also said people like you who live in neighbors like this and drive a car like that... , implying I can afford to pay him whatever amount he wanted! He was paid $1250, did not complete the job, worked 2 days, and 30minutes on day 3 and made $750 for poor work. Yes, I was ripped off and taken advantage of. Lesson learned! Get referrals.
