Efficient, professional, thorough, detail-oriented, above and BEYOND...amazing and talented. We are very happy with the landscaping they did for us.

In choosing people to work on your home, you do your research, interview different companies and then choose with a leap of faith, hoping you chose the right people for the job. I certainly did by choosing Creative Contour! I couldn't be more thrilled with the landscape design that Jenn created for the front and sides of my home. The perennial garden, walkway and retaining wall surpassed my expectations. Jenn listened to my vision and she and her team made it a reality in just six days. The team was professional, courteous and obviously know what they are doing as the results are spectacular. I have had complete strangers stop by and comment on the transformation. Thank you, thank you, Jenn, Avi, Angel and Steve!

She is so friendly and outgoing! Very prompt and called ahead before each meeting to verify. We haven't yet done the work, but we did commit and paid for the plans - which were very professionally done! I love how she superimposes her plan over the actual photo of the property! Looking forward to completing this project in the very near future.

My husband and I recently used Creative Contour Landscape Design for the second time in less than two years. Why? Because Jennifer Noyes is not only knowledgeable and can help visualize and complete a project in a timely manner, her friendly crew does a top quality job while being extremely respectful of your property. Last year Jennifer helped create privacy by building a large garden bed and planting beautiful Thuja Green Giant arborvitae. They are growing fast, just as Jennifer told us they would. Because the experience with Jennifer was so pleasant we asked her back. She and crew just finished replacing our 64 year old front walkway with a new GORGEOUS blue stone walkway. Part of this project also included digging a much needed dry well to properly drain rain water away from the foundation Her crew also pulled up the overgrown shrubs around the front foundation (happily transplanted them around the rest of the property) and created new planting beds around the front yard. Jennifer checked in everyday, reviewing what was done and what was to be completed the next day. The workmanship in all areas is TOP NOTCH. I believe Jennifer would have it no other way.

Jennifer's design was very thoughtful and attractive. Installation was efficient and clean. There was constant communication throughout the phases of our project to make sure that all of our needs and desires were met. We are extremely happy with the end result and will have Jennifer and Steve work on any further lard projects we have.

We have worked with Jennifer on several projects including the master plan for our backyard and several large beds in our yard. Jennifer quickly understood what our needs were and style. She is easy to work with and has a great sense of humor. We always get compliments on her design. Highly recommended!

Jennifer Noyes and her Creative Contours team did a wonderful job for us. They were consummate professionals throughout. The quality of the work we agreed to was superb. They also tackled a task that we didn't anticipate that made a tremendous difference in our yard. We're delighted with the results. We look forward to working with them again.

I would NOT hire this company again because I do not believe the company owner was truthful about the cost of materials and labor!! Also, when I questioned some costs, she tried to bully my opinion by question my right to debate these costs just before the work was started. She arguementatively defended costs that she stated were itemized in the contract when they were not. This had to be brought to her atention. The 2 people who actually did the work were courteous and did an adquate job.

She discussed our needs first and created a landscape plan which we can work with ourselves. She was prompt with her appointments and with the submission of her plan. Some of the plan was much more extravagant than I expected, but I can eliminate what I want to since I will implement the plan myself

I did not recieve an actual contract detailing what I would receive. So when we did a walk through and discussed ideas for my small lot, I belived that I would get actual details about the plants which I intended to install myself. What I ended up with was an e-mail containing photographs. There were no plant names or any consideration given to the lighting and climates that exist in the design. Although the designer was freindly and polite she should have just declined if she thought it wasn't important. I planted some flower seeds, and will review some magazines for a design in the spring.

Excellent job. A little expensive, but I love how my yard looks.

She did a really great job for me. I would recommend her to anyone. I'm the type of person that feels no one is perfect.
