Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps Installation

A construction contract was signed on 5/24/2016 and guaranteed with 2/3 payment. The task was to replace two sections of swimming pool decking and one section of sidewalk. The contract completion date was June 10,2016. The company (including owner Eddie Mercer) performed demolition a few days after the contract was signed. While the company continues to ignore my calls, as of 6/29/2016, the work remains incomplete. No concrete has been poured for two sections of pool decking and one section of side-walk. My neighbors have to walk on the grass to avoid tripping in the hole left by the missing sidewalk. My kids must be careful not to fall into the hole left by the missing decking. If Creative Custom Concrete LLC could not perform the task, they shouldn't have entered into contract with me. I continue to hope that the owner, Eddie Mercer will deliver as promised. He was a very personable gentleman.
