Dave Morenski is a Master Craftsman who would not do anything on a project that he wouldn't do to his own home. He is pleasant, courteous, and punctual. Dave has sub-contractors that he brings in to do electrical, sheet rock, and plumbing who also do excellent work. His prices were fair and worth every penny for the entire project. We are so impressed with his work that we would unconditionally recommend him for any project you are considering. We will be having him back in the future to replace more windows. You can't go wrong hiring Creative Design Builders!

CDB ( Dave Morenski) was terrific to work with. Prior to starting the project, Dave came out at least three or four times to measure, photograph, and come up with a design and layout plan that was what we wanted. He was the only contractor, of the other 3 that I contacted, who gave me a detailed cost of labor and materials. Dave is also low key and doesn't put any pressure on you. Dave uses the highest quality materilals and is a perfectionist at what he does. All of the sub-contractors-were great - plumbing, electrical, sheet rockers and floor tilers. Dave was always on top of things as far as materiial delveries and subs being on schedule. He could always come up with an optional way of doing things that would work. Dave even helped us get new French doors in our living room that had a seal defect. This wasn't part of the project, but saved me about $2,000 in the long run. CDB (Dave) is one of the best contractors that I could have picked for our kitchen/ bath remodel project and I would highly reccommend them, without any reservations. I was surprised to find his company on the inter-net , since it so many cases, it is usually word of mouth or by business cards.

They were fabulous! I'd give them a 6 star rating if I could. I couldn't rave about them more. I have so many good things to say, I could go on forever!
