Their representative I dealt with was very good and responsive. But that was where the professionalism of the company ended. My project was first estimated to take 3 weeks and i week for walk through and final list. It took 2 months and 2 1/2 weeks. The superintendent never contacted me even when he was on site. They use contractors to do their job, not their own employees. And the super does not stay on site. Their demo crew ruined all my plants that were to stay and made a big mess. I called and talked to the owners of the company and they too did nothing. I would not recommend them ever. I worry that they will not follow through with their guarantees.
