Jeremy was great to work with. Made sure site was safe for everyone. Will definitely hire again

Jeremy did such a great job on our previous property we intend to hire his firm to do work on our current property as well. Jeremy is great to work with. Chris B.

nice guy to work with!

Jeremy stopped in when he saw my husband in the front yard digging out stumps. He hired him on the spot to grind down the remaining 4. Jeremy and his crew did a great job! They were here within a week and the stumps were gone at a very good price! We are very satisfied.

Fast service!

Work done quickly and effectively.

I will hire them again for other work when I have the need. Highly recommend.

Good service. Fair price. Good communication.

Very quick response. Excellent service, work, and price.

Their price was fair the work was great and they didn't keep pushing me to the bottom of the list even after all the rain we had. I definitely would recommend them.

They have a big hydraulic powered stump grinding machine. Does a great job grinding up the stump. Right on time.

Very conscientious workers. Excellent in their clean up. Courteous group of people to work with.

Jeremy was great to work with and so were his people that came out and removed the stump.

Professional. Excellent service. Jeremy gave a verbal estimate right away for a small and large stump. Then I received a paper estimate with a thorough description. Work was completed as described in a timely manner. Guys working with him were professional. They used a protective shield for safety from flying debris. Area was then cleaned up. Then I got a follow-up call from Jeremy.

Pro's

Very efficient, very cooperative. Careful not to damage any grass or yard decorations. Fair price for the work performed. Came when they said they would be here Clean up excellent.

Hired for stump removal

We hired Jeremy end of March to install a fence for our dogs. The fence was connecting to an existing fence, so pretty simple job. This has been a nightmare to say the least. It was first installed with 12-30 inch range gap below the fence for most 90% of the install. This was not only dangerous, but it wouldn t keep a small child safe, let alone our English bulldogs. It was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. After sending a letter of poor workmanship to rip it out and reinstall, him and his brother came and ripped it out. When they started to reinstall it correctly with the slope, oops.. the fence they ordered couldn t even be installed because it wouldn t rack and go with the slope of our land. Haven t heard from him since. Please please do your research and get referrals, see if they are licensed, and sign a good contract. Thankfully the contract I signed had post footings to be set 36-42in under ground. Total breach of contract with first install since most of the posts were only 12-24in below ground. Not to mention the wrong materials were ordered for the job. I wish I could post pictures because a professional installer would never install a fence like Jeremy did. What started as an exciting project ended up being an absolute nightmare and most likely will end up on court. Avoid this company!!!!!! Update 7/23/19: They arrived Friday July 19th, gave us the deposit back, and removed all of the fence from our property. I am thankful this did not go to court, but was still an absolute nightmare of an experience.

Had a big tree stump removed, Very nice to work with, did the job the next day ! Even gave me a quote for a fence that I told him that we wanted, Would hire again definitely

I would stay far away from this company. There is a general lack of knowledge in how to install a fence, a huge lack of work ethic and unethical business practices. I was quoted that 48 linear feet of fence would be needed for my project. While the fence was being put up, the math was not adding up. I contacted the company that Creative fence went through and they stated that only 24 linear feet was purchased. So I was going to be charged double what my project needed. Part of the fence they were supposed to put in should have been an 8-foot section, when we asked about that he said that he cut up the wrong fence panel and that he would fix it. Truthfully an 8-foot section was never purchased, they ordered all 6 foot sections. They never showed up before 1:00 in the afternoon. When they did show, they chain smoked the entire time. Communication was a joke. Just an all around awful experience. Now I have a fence that is not correct and a fence company that has a nice chunk of my $. Just choose someone else, I promise you this company is not worth the headache.
