Fair price, profesional staff, great work

If you are looking for a good quality and professional work you have to look no further. The owner is always reachable and responds quickly with any questions and updates about the project. The prices were extremely reasonable and the quality of work is unmatchable as the workers really do take their time and make sure everything is up to perfection. Wish I could have found them sooner and saved headaches we have had with other companies. I wish there were more than five stars because they deserve a 10 when it comes to carpet install and tile work for flooring and showers.

The owner, called several times to help us keep on track with timing of refinishing the entire 2300 sq foot of hardwood floors.. We needed to completely move everything out. He will have his men remove and place back the large furniture, for a fee, which was a blessing for us. They removed the tile in our kitchen, hall and foyer, and then replaced it with hardwood. Then refinished all the hardwood floors the entire home. We were back in our home in 7 days. The new floors blended well with old floors so well that I have to explain to our guests where the original floors started and the new floors begin. Thanks Again for the Great Job

Johnny was great. Showed up on time for the estimate. Followed the recommendations for social distancing and gave me a great price. The crew showed up at 8 a.m. on the nose on the scheduled date and took care of every detail. I will definitely use them again!

Couldn t be more impressed! Johnny and his crew were honest, kind and did a beautiful job...they put new floors on our first floor and it looks like a different house! They were also extremely efficient. Will be using them again in the future for backsplash :)

I was searching online one evening for a hardwood floor company and came across the highly rated Creative Floors. I submitted an online request for a quote and within minutes Johnny responded. That level of customer service is what you receive from start to finish. He answers your questions or concerns within minutes. In addition, the work is outstanding. We had new floors installed and one refinished. All are equally as beautiful. His prices are reasonable, as well.
