Always make sure who your hiring check any and all equipment in your home before starting projects so that you will be aware there might be unknown issues that will come up during the project that will cause problems to complete the job on time and more charges/price )ex: not enough water pressure in your home)need to upgrade your pipes, they should have equipment/tools to check these issues. And if hiring they will do not have other projects they will commit to that will cause your project timing issues or manpower(needing to finish other job commitments) and hired helpers are professional/clarified people.

JC is very personable. He showed up when he said he would, and if he was running late he would call. Very important to a homeowner. He was very thorough in checking both the interior and exterior of my home for a mouse problem, stemming from an abandoned house next door. He closed up all problem areas, and I have had no problems since with mice.
