Refinishing - Creative Hardwood Flooring only uses highly durable Swedish and Waterborne finishes ensuring quality and beauty at its best. Dust Containment - Creative Hardwood Flooring has developed a sanding process that ensures a clean job environment. High quality vacuums are attached to all machines that are prone to make unnecessary dust. We cover all cabinets, transitions to other rooms, and any electronic equipment. Lace-In Repair - Hardwood floors are damaged mostly from water and pet stains, tearing out the damage material depends on the extent of damage, furthermore if a tear-out is taken place then a Lace-in would be done during the installation (staggering the joints) to ensure a quality look.

Mario was professional, on-time, fair, and so easy to work with. The floors look amazing! We are so happy! And they had some really rough spots to get out. Maurio and his crew are hardworking perfectionists. My floors look beautiful and professional. He communicates well. He does what he says he will do. When he ran into complictions he communicated with me promptly and worked together to resolve the problem. I had a complete upper and lower floor install/refinish. He worked with me to make it the least disruptive to my life. I'm glad I chose him.

Great work overall but can pay a little more attention to details (e.g. - missed trim nails were just sanded over and still sticking out when job was done).

The owner and his assistant were pleasant, professional and hardworking. The job was completed in a timely manner. They were careful to protect the rest of my home from the dust and dirt. The price was competitive and the finished product beautiful. The only concern I���ve had is that it would be easy to slip and fall when in stocking feet. I���ve had to be careful when walking on the floor and am concerned that I don���t have guests slip and fall on my floor and injure themselves.

Mario was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the floor turned out beautiful. Some follow-up work was needed, but he was available and committed to an excellent final product. Overall, the value was great too. We got a great floor for a really good price.

Very positive experience working with Mario. He is both a skilled craftsman and a man of integrity. My hardwood floors are beautiful and were done on schedule. I had Mario install hardwood in 2 rooms, about 500 square feet total. Both rooms adjoined to other rooms with existing hardwood so our biggest concern was matching things up. Mario came in and described how he would lay the flooring so that all seams in both rooms would line up with the existing hardwood and promised that he would be doing the installation himself. We worked out a schedule to get the floors completed before a big event we had planned and Mario stuck to the schedule showing up each day that we had agreed on. The floors turned out beautiful. We were very pleased with his work and he's a very nice guy to work with. Ken

I would highly recommend Creative Hardwood Flooring to all my friends. They met all of thrie deadlines, always ontime, very resonably priced. Excellent communication. My floors look like glass and they feel like silk. I get compliments everyday. Excellent job. Mario Munoz was very friendly and, knowledgeable.
