Hired this company in the winter to install a new furnace. Followed up to do the air conditioning in the spring and did not get return phone call or email. Had to hire someone else to complete the project.

My mistake was pulling the permit myself. There were numerous issues with the rough inspection that weren't addressed even after multiple phone calls. These included excess flex duct and no support straps, and no make-up air intake. Had to fix those myself then found two electrical problems after attempting a start-up, one limit switch was disconnected and the humidifier was mis-wired. Beware, pay the extra fee to have them pull the permit. Calls were never returned, they must have wrote me off cuz they never asked for the balance of the payment, which is negated due to the extra material and labor I spent. Just hope I pass final inspection.

I had wonderful customer service when looking to get my furnace and air conditioner replaced. I had great contact with my sales rep before installation. After the furnace and air conditioner were installed in August 2010, I have only been able to get a hold of someone twice. The calls were answered in great apology for not being on top of customer relations, only to have another 2 � months go by without a single word from the owner of the company. I am concerned that I will not be able to call this company if my furnace/AC unit fails at some point and time. I would not recommend this company to anyone, based on customer service.

We're very happy with our new furnace and A/C...the price was hard to beat and the installation was an a-one job. You also can't beat the waranty they offer.

the proposal process was very professional and impressive with quick follow up. their pricing was good so decided to have them do the job. Installation day -arrived an hour later than expected ,no explanation, took lunch break-gone for 2 hours (had to pick up parts) found needed other material to finish job-one left..... job did get completed same day but not till almost 7:00pm. also unimpressed with effort to keep traffic areas clean (no shoe covers or drop clothes )-took 3 weeks to get final paperwork, warranties etc. and follow up with inspector still incomplete

Very pleased w/ both the sales process and the installation. We decided to go w/ an American Standard 95 and so far (3 weeks) we are very happy w/ the product, the best bang for our buck. Thanks Tom and Gary for providing a great service to us!

Clean job, nice manner, Tom did a good job explaining.

Tom was an AWESOME saleman, he didn't talk down to me as a SINGLE woman. He answered all my questions and gave me a GREAT price on EXCELLENT equipment. Gary and the rest of the crew were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They worked really hard to make sure my equipment was installed correctly and in a timely manner.

Fast response - very competitive quote - good commincations - professional / quality installation. Friendly team of people. Very satisfied with the results of this complicated HVAC project.

They misspelled our last name on our paperwork, told them twice and it still hasn't been corrected.... So our warranty has our name incorrectly spelled even though they said they would redo it all... Took several phone calls to receive our rebate paperwork. The A/C seems to be fine, have not used the furnace yet (August). We had no problem with the installers...were all friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. May be they need better office communication??

Creative Heating & Cooling did a great job installing our new AC unit; but even more than that, salesman Tom Edwards knows his stuff! He was very helpful in picking out which unit was right for our home - even when I suggested the more expensive unit, he was honest enough to let me know it wouldn't cool the house off any faster or be more efficient. I was very impressed with his knowledge about the units and he answered all of my questions. The Technicians were very friendly, professional, and they cleaned up after the work was done! Right from the start they were right on top of everything. Tom in sales contacted me within minutes of my filling out the form on your site. We set a date and time and he showed up as scheduled with all the necessary info we needed. The installation crew was on time, efficient, friendly and the install went off without a hitch in less than 4 hours. We are happy and cool and would recommend Creative Heating and Cooling for anyones next AC replacement.

The contractors were efficient and knowledgable. I will probably call them if I have any heating issues as well!

They were over an hour and a half late, but when they arrived they completed the job fast.
