This company is extremely unprofessional. The guy that sets the appointments, maybe the owner, is a complete jerk. I made an appointment for 9 am Tuesday, December 4th and no one showed up. When I called they said the appointment was at 10. 10:45 nobody showed up. Said the tech was unavailable and rescheduled the next day at 10. When the guy called to confirm the appointment he had nothing but attitude. When I got an attitude back he said " I will just cancel the f****** appointment. I will not support this business. They have no business in business if they are not intelligent enough to schedule basic appointments.
