overall experience disappointing.

"This is from a client that saw a $20,000 landscape job we did in his neighborhood and thought he would get the same thing for about $6,000. He thought he was getting rock over weed mat amongst his plants, even though the plan specifically said he was not. In addition, some plants died initially due to us using new drip emtters and the tech being unaware that they required twice the time on as the previous ones. The plants were replaced the next week. A few more died and they were replaced the week after that. There is bound to be disappointment when the client thinks that they can have a $20,000 job for $6,000. Very sorry."

Paul is a talented & professional landscape architect. He has integrity & worked with us to keep the project within our budget without cutting corners on the beauty of the project. He designs beautiful sustainable landscapes which require very little water or maintenance.--great for Southern California droughts! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Paul's design for our yard was far better than what we had tried to come up with on our own. We are really enjoying our yard for the first time in years and now find it a very beautiful, peaceful place to spend time in. The crew that did the work was professional, friendly and hard working. The foreman did little extra things to make various situations work better for us.

Paul and his team are the ultimate professionals. Their work was outstanding. His prices are reasonable and he really cares about his customers. His team came in and laid the sod in my front yard in a day and a half and they left the place immaculate. Using the budget that I had, he also drew up a plan for my backyard also. He came and personally supervised the placement of the plants in my backyard because he cared about my situation. I am so pleased and grateful that I hired him and my only regret is that I didn't call a professional in the first place.

The hardscape and plantings exceeded what I expected given the limitted budget I had to work with. His crew was professional and well equipt-they even brought their own portable toilet. No extras or changes were too much for the crew leader and crew; they did everything possible to make us happy. Their clean up was spectacular. My driveway, walkways, and surrounding areas look better than before. I am sorry that I spent so much time with amatuers before hiring Paul Woltze; he is a true professional.

"This client lives about 40 miles away and added one plant to her design about 1 1/2 weeks after the job was finished. That was about five weeks ago. The last thing she said was, "Just do it next time you're in town". We have the plant but haven't been anywhere near her town since. Will call and install this 5 gallon plant immediately!"

I was not happy with this landscaping company. The work was not creative and not at all what I was expecting based on our discussions. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

"This was a rental. The landscaping bid was right at $1700.00. This was planting a large, weedy hillside and pulling lots of three foot weeds in an area 330 sq ft, replacing a post and adding 6 big sprinklers. We did everything that was on the plan she signed and agreed to. When I contacted her re this rating she said she expected some things to be done (that were not on the plan) and was disappointed. Please look at our website, testimonials there and testimonials here and realize the truth of the adage, "You can't please everybody all the time." We are happy to do anything you ask us to. Please just ask. This is very unfortunate."

I really was fed up with my yard. I was sick and tired of planting the wrong plants, having them look stupid, and doing the research of what should go where. Paul came out an listened to what my wife and I wanted, and designed a beautiful back yard. He's knowledge is top notch and his turn around time and communication was amazing. His workers were very kind and did a great job. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE! CALL PAUL AND HE WILL GIVE YOU A BEAUTIFUL DESIGN, IN A TIMELY MANNER, WITHOUT AN INFLATED PRICE !!!! WE WILL HAVE HIM BACK FOR MORE WORK!

Fair, good quality work, all work written in estimates and final contract-completed as written. Price was reasonable and work quality was very good. Paul had good ideas to accomplish my suggestions.100% better than the landscape designer i hired last year who sold me a good idea but in hindsight it didn't resolve the problems my hard had and in many ways made it worse. Paul corrected the bad work and improved greatly over the past work.
