Contractor delivered a quality product that in many ways exceeded our expectations. The overall appearance of the porch was impressive and showed a great deal of skill and craftsmanship. Construction time, however, was much longer than quoted (about double) and we were never informed as to why work was not being done. We decided not to push for completion at the cost of quality. The contractor failed to provide adequate followup service after payment. Remedial work including rehanging the rain gutter to get proper drainage had to be done by the owner.
