Port St. Lucie Beware!!!! Untrustworthy! No accountability for damages to our property. Super disappointed with this company. I have tried reaching out to William for weeks and he refuses to right his wrongs by ignoring me. Thatâ s fine I have pictures and videos of everything that occurred. I will replace the things he damaged and move on but never again. Such a shame!

Though we thought we had made a great choice on hiring this company to provide maintenance to our property, it turn out to be a great disappointment and we were left with damaged plants, oil stained pavers and unfinished work that was included in their contract that was never completed. Originally, the owner of Creative Measures Landscape & Lawn Care Solutions, William, came out to give us a quote with one of the suggested Home Depot Pros that we were getting a quote from to build a patio area in our back yard. After speaking with the Home Depot Pro and also expressed that we were also looking for a company to trim two of our oak trees on the property, he recommended a company that could also provide us a quote for the trimming of the two trees as well which was Creative Measures Landscape & Lawn Care Solutions. William came out and gave us a initial quote of $8,800 for the tree trimming in which we decided that we would seek more quotes, because no other quote that we received previously had been that expensive. William then sent us a quote for $4800 and we also did not agree to that quote as well. Once we hired him to do the monthly maintenance service, William gave us a quote of $2800 to trim the trees in which we agreed and set the appointment for the work to be done. The monthly services in detail on the contract included mowing of the grass, edging, weed eating, blowing of grass clippings & leaves, trimming of all shrubs & hedges, weed control, fertilization (lawn & shrubs -granular only), blowing of turf (leaf removal -back yard only), raking and annual tree pruning. Everything started off great, until we noticed that there was absolutely no protection on our plants and while the branches were getting cut, William and other worker on the ground was letting the huge branches fall directly on to the plants. The plants were smashed and damaged. After my wife stated her concerns about the damage to William, he stated, "The plants were not a major concern at the moment" and that he would replace which ever plants were damaged. As William and his crew moved the tree branches by dragging most to the work truck, there were streaks made from the branches and he then stated that all we would need to do is have it pressure washed to be removed. I personally was not happy with that situation either, however I do own a pressure washer so I did not want to make a big issue regarding this. Once the crew started in the backyard on the second tree, William DID NOT have sufficient tarps that would cover and protect the artificial turf as promised. Out of fear of damage, WE provided a tarp that was sufficient and big enough to cover the turf area. That tree was completed with no issues. My wife noticed once the crew was nearly done clearing all the debris from the front area, she noticed that there was a area where on our pavers that there was a stained that looked like water at first, then we realized that it never dried. My wife asked William what had wasted there and he acted as if he did not know. I went back and look at our camera footage and saw that there was a bottle of oil that was placed on the pavers that had been knocked over which allowed oil to leak out. On camera, William picked up the bottle and moved it off of the pavers. One of the crew members poured water on top of it which I did not understand why and left it to dry. William told us that he would try something else to remove the stain when we was scheduled for our next maintenance which was next week. We agreed. However, we have not heard from William in weeks. He sent a invoice for us to pay for the monthly service, and when we questioned him about the oil stain and replacing the damaged plants, he completely ghosted us. And he follows through on what he says he will do and obviously willing to give extra attention to details, recommendations and solutions. And a rare asset for many contractors/service providers in my area, they show up, maintain a schedule and communicate!!
