It was very refreshing to find an honest, reliable, professional contractor for a change and this contractor was every bit of that. Everything was agreed on and he told us upfront what was going to happen from estimate to the finished product!! We are extremely pleased with the job that Creative Propety Solutions did on our home. We will definately recommend this contractor to anyone who asks about a painting contractor. What he said he would do he did and that means a lot to us. Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture - Apply, Repair or Remove
They repaired/replaced/matched the popcorn ceiling in my garage due to a leak ... in my master bath they removed the old peeling popcorn due to shower moisture and replaced it with new textured ceiling ... I only got one other bid and Creative Property Solutions bid was about half ... They came out the day after I submitted my work request online and I received their bid back online the following day ... slick ... Kaleb and Michael met all commitments and timeframes, worked quickly cleanly and were very pleasant to have around ... I will definitely use them again for anything in their portfolio of services ... seemed 2b sincere, honest guys

Caleb did a great job on laying stone tile in my 2 bathrooms, got me in quickly, and his rates were very reasonable. I will be using him for future improvements.

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
Caleb Finch with Creative Properties Solutions installed new porcelain tile in my shower. He first tore down all the old sheet rock and installed cement boards. The tile he installed is awesome. It has a very nice design for which he charged no extra. He and his helper worked diligently and cleaned up each day. The price for labor was VERY REASONABLE, and they did an awesome job. I would highly recommend Creative Property Solutions to anyone who wants a good tile job at a very reasonable cost.

Bathroom - Remodel
His tile work was not straight, the grout has already cracked, didn't finish the list of things he was supposed to do, overall this contractor is not a good buy for your money.

"We have never been told that there is an issue with the grout or the tile. We have a warranty and would regrout anything that cracked. There is a hump rather than a door, so it could crack and we warned him of this.The only item left was a hand rail that we could not find. He was going to find it and call us to install it. The call never came. You can see photos of our tile work on this site."
