Carlos Chavez and his team did an excellent job of partially replacing the siding on the side of my house. He removed the damaged siding and did a great job of matching the siding that was not replaced, I couldn't tell the difference in the two! After trying other companies who said that exterior repairs were too small a job for them to do, I found Creative Solution to willingly take on a small project to re-wrap one gable on my house with PVC-coated aluminum sheet trim. They quoted a fair price, so I had them redo the trim around two garage doors that had become dented. Carlos was prompt in contacting me to discuss the project, ordered the materials, and installed the new trim 4 days later, all in 1 day. He answered all of my questions, and his crew did excellent work. I would hire them again for similar work.

Carpentry crew was outstanding. Great quality work. We're great in leading us through the various tasks. Cleaned up every day and afterward. The painting couple did the entire house. Efficient and paid a great deal of attention to quality. Redid some places on their own where they were not satisfied. As with any contracted out job getall of the job details on writing so neither of you gets caught later by something you "thought was going to be done" and someone else does not. Not a problem in this case as we sat before the start and wrote out every detail.

Carlos and his team completed the project(s) quickly and professionally. The quality of their workmanship was OUTSTANDING! Our house underwent a miraculous transformation, prompting my wife to call Carlos a "GD Artiste"! He has an eye for improving the appearance and function of any project and the ingenuity and resourcefulness to carry it out without busting the budget. The fit and finish are superb. We hired Carlos and his team to replace the trim around our exterior windows and garage. They did a great job with that, also added a decorative header to the garage to mirror the windows, painted the shutters, and installed a sliding door to replace our rotted back doors. Then they added shiplap and trim to either side of our fireplace and built a column at the step down between our family room and kitchen. Carlos is super responsive and really worked with us on our budget. We look forward to many more projects!

Initally Carlos and his cre just replaced trim on the fromt of my home. After talking with carlos about other exterior issues I expanded the task. They did and excellent joob with all of the work and I am very pleased with the final result. The only minor issue was that the crew disappeard for about 3 weeks. The delay was out of Carlos' control but it would have been nice to have had a phone call. All in all I will definitely call him again for future work

Carlos called me right away, and then we texted back and forth a few times about the details of the job. I sent him some pictures, and he sent me a quote. Carlos and his crew were on the job promptly at the Appointed time and completed the job quickly. They even repaired a downspout that was not on the original quote without charging extra! I am very pleased with the look of the step flashing they installed on my bay window and am only disappointed that I had not found Creative Solutions sooner. (I have had two other companies out to "fix" the problem with my bay window only to have it leak once again).

Carlos and his crew of Marcos and Walter arrived at 9 a.m. and ready to work. They removed a clapboard on my garage and replaced it (without damaging the one above - no small feat!); removed the rotting wooden surround for my garage door and replaced it and the weather stripping; and primed and painted all the new material and the entire side of my garage. They worked quickly and professionally. It looks like a new garage! I had an appointment while they were working, and when I returned at noon, everything was finished (and the area cleaned up) and they were gone. I will definitely call them again! Great job, guys!

Carlos and his team did a fantastic job on our project. They were prompt, extremely professional and efficient. Even though we had some rain delays, they were able to finish our project a full day earlier than anticipated. Carlos kept me informed every step of the way, had me walk the job with him when he was finished to make sure I was happy with the completed work and even left me some paint for future touch-ups. I've referred him to three of my neighbors and will refer him again and again. We have some interior work that needs to be done and he'll be the first one I call when the time comes.

Was asked to pay before completion of the job. That was in May. It is August and the work is still incomplete. Work that was done incorrectly was pointed out, however refused to be fixed.

Stopped work as soon as was paid. Left more than half of contract unfinished. Not returning calls. Did most work incorrectly. Very disappointed.
