Refuse to go to arbitration as outlined in the homeadvisor/Angie list agreement and will NOT warranty his work as it was poor at best ceiling leak because pan he poured fail and caused all kinds of additional problems!

We were thrilled when Chris started our project, but were disappointed when he abruptly finished without finalizing details: missing grout in floor, toilet caps never installed, never installed transition strip for tile/carpet, shower faucet not sealed on tile, and chipped tile installed on shower wall. It was my fault for paying in-full when he promised he would return to finish the little details. He had a job he needed to start and we never saw him again.

"While that's a lie I never installed any chipped tiles on her walls everything seemed to be good to go before I left the job haven't heard anything about this or else I would've came back and fixed at all as you can see by the rest of my ratings on home advisor."

Chris started out very enthusiastic about the project. Came out right away and gave me a bid for a smaller project. He does do very quality work, but it takes him longer than promised to complete the job.

"1st off let's get something straight here yes I had to reschedule with him because I had a family emergency. Yes I did mention something about the money because this was supposed to be a 3 day job for me and because he kept going outta town and wouldn't let me work at his house it stretched out over a week and a 1/2 for me to finish the job so yeah that did hurt 2nd off I couldn't get back out there for the shower door because my daughter how to go in for surgery so get over it"

Chris was fantastic. He installed tile in our basement bathroom (shower stall and floor) and helped hook up all the plumbing (vanity, shower, and toilet). Overall, great quality and awesome customer service. He is great at communicating and provided so much value to us. I will definitely work with Chris again and highly recommend him.

Had grout work done between tub and walls on 4 baths. All 4 had areas of gaps, pinholes, and irregular quality overall. Contacted the contractor and he suggested that the fix is to smear more grout on top of the areas. Because he was unsure when he would come back, it was asked if I would do the work. Not quite what I had paid for.

"This guy is a liar when he called me he said there was only two pin holes in one of the showers out of 4 that I did I told him I was out of town for a couple of days and I couldn't get back to him he told me he could just patch it himself since he's done that kind of work before I told him if he needed anything else to call me and I'd come over there to fix it and on top of it home advisors not doing their job and checking with him to see if this is all correct they refuse to do it this is all total crap"
