We were thrilled when Chris started our project, but were disappointed when he abruptly finished without finalizing details: missing grout in floor, toilet caps never installed, never installed transition strip for tile/carpet, shower faucet not sealed on tile, and chipped tile installed on shower wall. It was my fault for paying in-full when he promised he would return to finish the little details. He had a job he needed to start and we never saw him again.

While that's a lie I never installed any chipped tiles on her walls everything seemed to be good to go before I left the job haven't heard anything about this or else I would've came back and fixed at all as you can see by the rest of my ratings on home advisor.

Chris and his son did a great job on my shower! They were very careful and clean! Their work was very good and they were efficient!

Chris started out very enthusiastic about the project. Came out right away and gave me a bid for a smaller project. He does do very quality work, but it takes him longer than promised to complete the job.

1st off let's get something straight here yes I had to reschedule with him because I had a family emergency. Yes I did mention something about the money because this was supposed to be a 3 day job for me and because he kept going outta town and wouldn't let me work at his house it stretched out over a week and a 1/2 for me to finish the job so yeah that did hurt 2nd off I couldn't get back out there for the shower door because my daughter how to go in for surgery so get over it

Chris was fantastic. He installed tile in our basement bathroom (shower stall and floor) and helped hook up all the plumbing (vanity, shower, and toilet). Overall, great quality and awesome customer service. He is great at communicating and provided so much value to us. I will definitely work with Chris again and highly recommend him.
