Needed to replace window balance. Received a phone call from Joel very shortly after placing my request. Made the appointment for next day. Joel arrived on time, was professional and courteous. While unable to do repair due to a defective window frame,he did complete a couple of other repairs needed. He even went out of his way to purchase a part needed for the repair. Will definitely hire again.
