Tree Stump Removal
This contractor did not follow through with his contract. He did two tiny portions of the work contracted for. He never did any of the clearings of the trees because he said his equipment was broken. He said he was coming back for months and then started not returning phone calls or emails. We went into arbitration with him. He lost and now seems to not have any attention to paying us back.
