Update: 01/20/2019 This is an update to my original review. As it turns out Jason sold us a different receiver than originally quoted saying it was better than the original for the same price of $500. On good faith I went for it. A couple of days later I. Was looking for reviews of the receiver and found out that it was an older model (by a couple of years) and I could have gotten it for less than $300 at Amazon. I could also get the newer model from Crutch field for $284. Same with the Harmony Elite remote that he charged $300 for and it was under $250 on Amazon. Add that to the $75 per hour fee and we got just an OK system. To top it off I have asked for an itemized receipt numerous times over the last 3 weeks and have yet to get one. Stay clear of this company unless you want inferior products at inflated prices. I would certainly like to remove my initial review. I definitely should have done my research ahead of time.

Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Jason was able to get my job scheduled quickly and quality of work was outstanding. Our project included mounting our TV to our brick fireplace, hiding all of the wires and cable box, and hiding our router in the coat closet. Everything turned out fantastic! Our WiFi works great and the TV looks outstanding. I highly recommend using Creative Video & Sound!

Great service. Was able to make next day appt. On the phone he answered my questions I had about size to order and explained what my mounting options were. Jason was on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helped me set it up with my new smart things house. Already plan to use him for adding and connecting other rooms to use with Amazon Echo. I had CV&S convert all of my phone jacks to network ports. Jason and Jeremy did an outstanding job, and their cable management is exceptional. The price was very reasonable as well. I plan on using CV&S again on future projects.

Jason did a great job - After calling some of the bigger Audio & Visual companies that wanted nothing to do with our older theater system; Creative Video & Sound LLC came to the rescue. They came in an got our equipment up and running along with suggested improvements for the best theater experience. He didn't try to sell us equipment but utilized the equipment we already had. We would hire them again!

Jason and Josh both are wonderful to work with!professional and knowledgeable. I would use the from now on if I need any work done in the house!

"Creative Video and Sound, LLC". Jason is by far the best in the Portland area . We would employ no other company. He did the installation of our TV and he had it done within a very reasonable time.

Jason responded promptly to my phone call, we discussed what needed to be done and agreed on a date and time for him to do the install. Jason arrived on time, he went over what he was going to do and proceeded with the install. Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable, he made a suggestion on the how high to mount the TV which I agreed with. He cleaned up the area after the work. I feel the price was fair and the quality of Jason's work was excellent. Would hire again.

Jason was great. Work he estimated went over a bit more than time he quoted but he did not charge for it. Also he was very courteous and polite. His work was done correctly, professionally. He cleaned up every room he worked in. I would definitely recommend him for future work. Overall time he spend and quality of work he done was great for what he charged me.

Was able to provide the 'big picture' concept which helps break down each component to the job in a way that makes sense.

Jason is personable, dependable, talented and creative. I needed a new power strip to complete the work and he went out and bought it for me (of course, I paid him for it). He will go the extra mile..I'm totally satisfied!

Jason squeezed me in between jobs & added patio speakers, volume control & finished off some older wiring. He was completely "Over the Top" on job quality. His bid was right in there with the other bids. Great guy to work with. I'll be working with him again.

Jason did a great job on this project. He has a good eye for design and helped us create an attractive mount for our large flat screen directly into a 2-story wall of masonry rock. All the cabling is clean and hidden, and the remote is programmed for access to all our devices, which are neatly hidden in a cabinet. It was a big project but Jason managed it very well and his execution is extremely professional and flawless - we definitely got all we paid for! Highly recommended!

Jason was right on top of this project. We ran into plumbing that blocked the installation of one of the speakers. He brought a good handyman the very next day and got it fixed. He went above and beyond his current skill sets.Overall, he was very prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable.
