Overcharged for installation of a new rainbird control box. Unit cost $116.00 charged me $305.00 for half an hour work and did not detect the leaks I had in sprinkler heads. When I asked for a receipt for the new box he sent me one with all prices blacked out. After I spoke to him he then sent me one with the prices on the receipt.

Dale made two trips to diagnose the problem with the sprinkler system and on the third he came prepared to finish the project. I might add that the temperature was over 90 degrees. I was blown away at the final cost of the project since he had put a lot of time in solving the problem. I was very happy with the final results. I definitely would use him again.
