Septic System Repair
If only there was a way to give zero stars, I would. Matt is no better than the sewage he works with. This guy tried to steal $6345.00 of mine that was paid on January 2nd 2024. He and Kayla had me do all the running around for permits and county approval on a septic repair. This is after they lied to the county a told them that my tank was cracked down the side of the tank after they inspected it. They never even saw the tank before talking to the county. Only the lid was cracked. This is an easy repair or replacement vs a full tank replacement as Matt was pushing to get. Matt showed up one time out of the blue and dug a hole next the septic tank with a mini excavator and didnâ t have a tank or a lid being delivered. Two days passed and storms were expected. I told him to get back and backfill. He came back dropped about half the dirt back on the tank and never showed back up again. Even now my yard is all sorts of mess up now. After months of getting no where with these losers. I finally did a chargeback and the bank gave me my money back. Oh it gets better though, at some point the bank sent me an email requesting more information for the chargeback. Well never saw it. The bank reversed it back to Matt and he thought he won the case and when I said he owed me the money back, he changed his invoice to show that the $6345 repair was now a $6500 repair was for digging and removing wires and said I now owe more! Complete fraud at this point on Mattâ s end. Jokes on you Matt, I sent registered mail to the bank with all the evidence against you and the bank once again reviewed and reversed the money you tried to steal from me. Iâ m not done with you and Kayla. Law enforcement will be in touch. Oh and Mattâ ¦the tank is fixed now. It cost less than $300 to repair. You crook!

Septic System Repair
We have a conventional septic system and was trying to locate a company that would give me an estimate to repair, as opposed to installing a new aerobic system. I contacted several companies that basically wanted to sell us a new system. I located Creekline Septic Services on a holiday and to my surprise, Matt answered the phone. Even though I advised him it was not urgent, he came out the same day and inspected the system. Within hours, I had a detailed work order. The next day, Matt and his engineer, Yancy, were on site working to get the system up to where it needed to be to function properly. They installed new field lines, removed tree roots, pumped the system, etc. They were finished with the job within two days. Matt and Yancy are professional, courteous, dependable and very knowledgable. They saved us thousands of dollars and they are now our number one company to call when we need service. I would highly recommend Creekline Septic Services for your septic issues. Please give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

"Darlene, wow what a great compliment. We work so hard to make sure it's done correctly, it's great to be noticed. We look forward to providing services anytime you need us."

Septic Tank Cleaning or Pump Out
These guys were terrific! They kept in touch with me throughout 3 weeks of rain, waiting for a dry enough day. I had the extra issue of a tree root on top of a tank, and they took care of that as well. They first came out within an hour of contact to look at my issue and had me a quote by that night. Then, of course, we had all the rain and nothing could be done. When they were finally able to do the work, it turned out to be more tree root and not broken tank as I was led to believe by another company last year. That company did not even suggest jetting out the field line, which is why less than a year later, I was having more problems. Another company just tried to sell me a new aerobic system without even coming out to my property. Very respectful, very professional. I highly recommend Creekline and will be using them again when my daughter adds a home on my property.
Response from Creekline Septic Services, LLC
"Carol, when it comes to septic we mean business. Lifetime Warranty, let us know if you ever need anything."
