Dusty knows a great deal about different animal behavior and how to remove them from your property. In the past we have had armadillo and possum issues on our property. He has given us specific instructions, and set traps in strategic places. When the animal is trapped in the cage, we have given Dusty a call to remove it. He quickly comes and takes them to remote areas where they won't bother people and frees them. This is the way it should be. There is no need to kill an animal because it wanders on you property. We have been very happy with his service and highly recommend Creepy Creatures.

I had an armadillo problem. I still had a problem after more than a week. Purchased a trap and caught it myself for one-third the money.

"Hi Allen. I am sorry to see your review. If you were not happy with our service you should have talked to me about our 100% money back guarantee. Our notes show that on 7/31 we set an armadillo trap. On 8/1 our notes say "He called this morning and said we trapped an armadillo, but he removed it himself to not get charged the $65. -AC" AC is my technician, Alex is who spoke with you. Then we picked up the trap 8/20. Yes, we keep notes of phone calls. When we set up the trap we both agreed there was a price to drive out and set the trap AND there would be a price for each animal we caught; that is how all trappers operate. If you intended on releasing the animal we caught so that you would not have to pay the agreed price I wish you would have shared that with us up front. We left the trap out for 20 days after you released the first one yourself. If there was still an issue, I wish you would have let us know, however, if you were releasing them yourself so you would not have to pay us, I am confused why you would blame us for you having an issue, when you were not paying us. A .5 Star is pretty rough when we in fact caught an armadillo on the first night. If you still had issues I wish you would have shared it with us, we would have been more than happy to accommodate you. Considering we caught an armadillo on the first night that you did not pay for, I'd like to ask to you consider re-evaluating our service."
