THIS GUY IS VERY NICE!!!! BUT HE LIES!!! IVE PAID HIM 250 DOLLARS FOR 2 MONTHS WORTH! I STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM!! PLUS HE TOLD ME HE WOULD BE AVAILABLE ANYTIME IF I HAD A PROBLEM!! I TEXTED HIM AND TOLD HIM I WAS STILL HAVING MY BUG PROBLEM. HIS REPLY WAS LET ME SEE IF I CAN GET YOU IN NEXT WEEKS SCHEDULE!! PLUS HE TOLD ME TO TEXT HIM LATER!! I DID THAT!!!! HE NEVER RETURNED MY TEXT UNTIL I TOLD HIM I WAS DONE WITH HIM!! HE REPLIED BACK THAT HE DIDNT TEXT ME BACK BECAUSE HE LEFT HIS PHONE HOME!!!!! THATS REAL RESPONSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"In response to this review: Firstly,For the service that you requested I quoted you $150.00 including 2 follow ups. I provided 4 follow ups. Anytime that you called us I tried to make it. I even let you know that i lived in the area and that i would help whenever i could. I recall telling you NOT to open the packaging on a new mattress, in which you purchased, until your new mattress cover arrived but you chose to do so and ,consequently,ended up with the exact situation i was concerned with when i suggested that you not open the packaging to begin with. Having been very busy at the time that you called I did give you a suggestion on how to treat the situation with a particular household item until i could make it there for another follow up. I believe you are upset because I did not make myself "readily" available to you but i feel that i made myself "reasonably" available to service your needs and was/am apologetic that i could not make it to your home again right away."

Dan is a lovely, caring guy. He is very reliable, and very prompt, he came exactly on time. His customer service skills rate 10 STARS.... He knows his stuff, I have a dog, and was concerned about the repellent, he is a animal lover and used repellent that was green, and harmless to pets. I would highly recommend him.
