Amazing company with great customer service and above quality work!

Took a little longer to get going, but once it started it was done within the time frame.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I am not sure what happened to this company but the management and sales team are horrible. I will start from the beginning. I had a full bannister installed in 2017 with no issues. I even referred two of my neighbors who had new bannisters installed their homes. Recently I decided to modify/upgrade my bannister by adding an additional railing. On July 12, 2021, James (Salesman) came to my residence to review/discuss what I wanted as a project and assured me it could be completed. I did not actually receive the cost estimate until August 18, 2021. The estimate included a wall removal, drywall replacement, railing installation, and ceiling repairs to ensure both sides of the bannisters were uniform. Prior to the project starting, I requested more details in the contract to ensure everything was going to be done correctly. James continued to reassure me that there would be no issues and I needed to make a deposit to be placed on the schedule. On September 14, 2021, the project started and the installer showed up with All the Wrong Material. The installer notified James and an unknown manager of the issue and on September 16, 2021, James attempted to get me to sign a modified contract for a piece of drywall (3.5 inches wide by 3 feet long), which increased the price by $668.00, but I declined. The installer retuned to my home on September 30, 2021, to complete the work however no dry was provided and a hole was left in my hard floor from where the wall was removed. This was not a big project and the banister was only 5ft long. I am currently in the process of hiring another contractor to finish the job After dealing with the previously stated issues, I have yet to receive a call from James or any manager to ensure I was satisfied with the work; however, I did receive a call from the finance office for the full payment! Although Cregger Construction portrays themselves as this great company, their customer service is HORRIBLE. The only person that showed any empathy to this situation was the person that took my payment!! If you decide to use this company, PLEASE BE AWARE they may INFLATE pricing on the back end. I find this to be unethical and predatory. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. At no time did anyone Cregger Construction try to make the situation right but wanted to increase my price.

We had Creggar Construction install rails, paint interior, insta backsplash, and replace our deck. They will go to my go-to company on any othet work we have done. They are very professional, friendly, and really take pride in their work. I have recommended them to many people. You won't regret hiring them.

My entire experience was exceptional. I had a staircase installed. My sales person James was honest and followed up to ensure I was fully satisfied. The cost, product quality, and craftmanship was impeccable. I absolutely love the end result of my staircase. Cregger is a top notch company. I highly recommend anyone who has a staircase project to use Cregger. Thanks for a job well done!!!

Had an old metal interior railing and banister swapped out for a new wood installation. The guys did good work overall. They also did a great job explaining any "unique" challenges that came up while preparing different areas for the installation process. The estimator that came out a few weeks earlier was also great. Gave my wife and I many more design and color options than other contractors we had before them. Would work with Cregger again.

Good quality work overall, fair price, only issue ws slightly off angle of bannister that I had to fix (easy)
