If I could put zero stars for this company then I would. The WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL, GHETTO, DISRESPECTFUL business you could ever hire. This is not fabricated. I am not a competitor. I was honestly looking to give them a $3000 commercial cleaning contract and I seriously dodged a bullet by not doing business with Crenshaw Janitorial and Tekisha Berry. 1. They Cancelled last minute on the day of the cleaning exactly 10 minutes before the cleaning that was contracted and signed off on after weeks of estimates and planning. 2. The owner Tekisha Berry is the person who canceled and when we called her for an explanation she aggressively told us â there are plenty other cleaners, Google someone else 3. We asked for a referral due to the fact that Tekisha canceled 10 mins before the cleaning and she told us she can not help us. She continuously spoke over us when we were simply trying to understand why she canceled. 4. We had a signed agreement well over two weeks in advanced because our business was opening the day after this cleaning and we wanted it to be freshly cleaned but Tekisha did not even want to here anything we had to say. She would not even let us speak and treated us like peasants. If you are looking for a professional business to get a cleaning from then do not go to this place. You will waste your time, Money, and get disrespected by the owner Tekisha.
