I used service got 3 calls and went with the �best�, but was lied to and charged a big amt of money for service we were DISSATISFIED with & told them so: The maid was an 1HR LATE (no call either) She spent $60 to clean a few dishes. Then time up, she stopped, handed my hus. a sheet of paper on how to calculate fee, then said sheet wasn't right (+$10) So $120 for 5 hrs, I had bathrooms & dishes cleaned. I�m disappointed & DON�T RECOMMEND.

Poor communication b/t the the main staff "booking" clients, housecleaner, and client as far as pricing & what was expected of the housecleaner. Cleaning provided not worth $130!! Over all experience poor.

Overall I'm satisfied with the cleaning however there were a few things I feel I should note. I was told that my size house would take no more than four hours. When I got home from work Ilsa had been there for 3 hours and less than half of the house was completed. She ended up staying for 6 hours and had to leave before she finished because she had to pick up her son. There were a few things that I thought should have been completed before she left: Vaccuuming, sweep the ceiling fans and wash the bed linens and remake the two beds.

Ekaine was the cleaner-she was cheerful, thorough and nice to my children who were very much under foot. She flipped up rugs and cleaned underneath them-impressive. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean when she was done.

The person they sent was extremely nice and quiet. She did a wonderful job. There were extinuating circumstances that caused her to be late and I was contacted several times to update me as to when she would arrive. I am definately using this service again.
