"Obviously there is MUCH more to this story! Majority of reviews are 5 star for a reason. The honest truth about this project. 1. Repaired the clients carpet and he was very happy with the quality and quick response to the work. 2. Pressured washed the exterior house removing algae and stain and the client was extremely happy. 3. Client's existing siding was discontinued and we took a piece of this siding to 6 distributors for a color match. The client was pushing to have this job done in one week, so the siding we tried was not. perfect fit. 4. Client was too impatient and decided to use another contractor to finish the work. 5. Client still owes 50% of the balance and locked up the material we were going to return. 6. Client breached our signed contract, so that is why the lien was filed on the property."

"This client had to take over 8 months to get us our first downpayment before we started this job. We finally started this very large room addition in July 2024. We had the foundation, footers, walls, roof, windows, doors all the interior framing, plumbing, electrical, bathroom, drywall, ceiling, sump pump completed within 3 months. Any contractor would be very impressed. We were praised by the local inspector at Madison County and he approved all of our works quickly, he was very impressed with all of our work. Unfortunately, we the contractor began to get a sense that our client was trying to set us up, telling us that it was taking too long to complete this job, we only had the gutter and vinyl siding left to do which takes 3-4 days for our crew to complete. Our client breached our contract abruptly (we kept all the text message to prove this) we believe our client must have already (behind our back) found another contract (for less money possibly) to finish this job. Our client still owes us over $40,000.00 and we will be filing a law suit for damaging our reputation and not telling the truth on what actually has happened on this job. We met with the inspectors who could not believe this has happened. Our reputation speaks for itself. It is very sad, disappointing when you know you are caught into a job where you feel that it is going to be very difficult to get your money. To be continued in court."

"Not true!!! Obviously a reason there are so many 5 star reviews. Beware of those who just micro manage and don't let people do their work and finish the job. There can always be issues, but some people can't be pleased!"
