Our project was too big for this company to complete, and they took it anyway. Steve lied about everything. He took almost $65,000 and literally messed up on everything he touched from concrete, framing, windows, roof pitch, electrical, plumbing, and we could not even do the siding we wanted because he built the addition wrong. He made our house 6 inches too short, concrete wise, so we had to have a fake wall to make it line up. He hung drywall with too long of screws into our pocket door space, the rest of the drywall looked like it was put up by someone that had never seen drywall before. The framing was done by 2 people, working around 3 hours a day, if they showed up. We were promised crews of people and it would be done in a few months, max, and it was over 4 months and still not done. Do not fall for the this is a family business, I'm following in my dads footsteps crap!"

BEWARE. Other reviews here aren't describing my experience, so much so I'm going to say probably fake. Hired for a home addition. We paid large sum up front $70k, money disappeared, for very little poor quality work. Had to hire different people to fix/complete the project. Says the right things but don't deliver.... wish someone on here would have warned us. THIS IS YOUR WARNING... DONT HIRE. Cost us our life savings and ruined our home.

Crest Mark showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable, did top-grade professional work for a price that was considerably less than I expected. I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

The crew showed up first thing in the morning. Took them 2-3 hours to remove the old roof and repair several pieces of roof decking. New metal roofing was installed and it looks great. They had to come back in the morning for a few hours to finish. All the guys were very professional and did a great job. Very happy with the work. Pricing was very competitive with the other appraisals.

Steve was great to work with. Took the time to walk me through what they were doing and made sure it was done right. Price was fair. I will be calling on him again for ther work.

Polley of Crest Mark Inc did a fantastic job of getting great roofing and guttering crews to re-roof our house and install new guttering. He gave us great references in the Madison, IN area which were proof-positive of the quality of work we could expect. Both crews completed the work within a day and we are beyond satisfied with the outcome. We will be quick to recommend Steve and CrestMark Inc to our friends and family for their roof and remodeling projects. We will be remodeling our master bath in the near future and Steve and CrestMark will be the one we call to do the job!

His team did a drywall project. They were on time, very friendly and trustworthy, and did a very good job.
