I enthusiastically recommend Creswell to anyone. I was blown away by how knowledgeable their staff is, they made several outstanding recommendations that I never even thought of they are clearly subject matter experts when it comes to anything related to home entertainment systems. The service was top notch, and the value was incredible. You MUST hire Creswell for your next home entertainment project.

Brian responded quickly and was super flexible with timing. Very knowledgeable with equipment and services, and offered some extra advice - which was much appreciated! I had a small issue after installation, which he took care of right away. Slightly more money than 2 other quotes, but it did include the hardware, so it all came out pretty even. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Charged by the hour but was very chatty which inflated the cost
Response by Creswell Property Solutions Co.: Hi Beth I remember your project the reason for the chatting was we were waiting on the cable company to come out and hook up the cable so I could finish the install. I also remember crediting your bill for 45 minutes to help out. the second time you had me out I was repairing plaster and it needs to set before I can sand it and while it was setting I removed the exterior wires for you and completed a few patches and removed those wires in 2 hrs I feel that's reasonable. please reach out of there's anything I can do to explain my process so you don't feel like you over spent.

Brian was extremely helpful in providing information about the problem I was having with my TV. He was honest with me that it would probably cost more in repairs than to buy a new TV. Not many companies will tell you that. I would use this company again for their knowledge, customer service and integrity.
