Hammer Pro, Inc.

Worked with Ken and Darryl. No nonsense and got the job done and extremely fast. Very attentive and on schedule! Highly recommend these guys ð

Mark and his crew did a great job on my roof. I could not be happier. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. The quality of work and the fair price enables me to refer neighbors and friends to crew pro roofing with the confidence and certainty that they will be highly satisfied, as I am. Thank You Mark and crew for making a large purchase as smooth as can be.

Good work.

Great work and very prompt.

The project was a complete replacement of our roof. Before signing the contract communication was fine. After signing the contract the communication was terrible. Very slow response time from the manager, very rude and promises unkept. The guys (a team of immigrants) worked hard but the manager of CrewPro was invisible, rude and only showed up for payment. The roof failed first inspection but was finally approved. Very stressfull project. I don't recommend them

Mark was very thorough, provided all the necessary information for the roof inspection, and was very nice throughout the entire experience.

The response time was good. Mark was courteous and professional. They gave me a quote on the spot that was reasonable. A date was set after the contract was signed and they showed up on time and completed the work in a few hours. We were very satisfied.

I hired crewpro from home advisor. It was a great company . I did all my transaction through email and phone contact. The job was schedule on time and finish was a little delay due to city inspection. I deal with the contractor as if he is my friend. I will recommend him to any one. W. Bal from new york. Job was in florida

Mark was excellent communicator. The repair was for my elderly mom. He made all appointments on time. Called and emailed when necessary. Mom felt very comfortable and secure with him and his crew. I climbed the roof to view the work. His crew was pleasant and answered my questions and addressed my concerns on the spot. He sent all required forms and made scheduling appointments flexible as I do not live in the home and had to travel for meetings with him.

Extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with

Joe went above and beyond taking care of my problem. Would highly recommend to a friend

Very fast, very good work. roof looks amazing, competent crew and professional

Mark was knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. He came by the house and resolved my problem with the roof. I found Mark to be honest and is a decent person. Was impressed with his manners and respectful . I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Great job great company.

reasonable cost and quality work

Leaky roof, took a few repairs but they returned until leak was stopped. Very courteous.

Very flexible regarding scheduling and came through in a pinch!

Mark and crew were very timely and professional. They showed up on time and left everything clean. Mark had to come out a couple more times to stop the leak. This repair was necessary due to another contractor's lack of expertise while installing a new screen patio. I think the leak is fixed now. Will know next hard, wind-blowing rain we have. But I'm confident Mark will be there if we need him.

Mark was 2 hours late for the appointment. Mark quoted me $300 for the repair then said for $350 they would also do a whole roof tuneup. Said he would have a crew out next week, no-showed several times. He finally showed up 3 weeks later after numerous calls, was out by his self on all three tries to fix the repair, never did the roof tuneup. On the third time out he stated that if his tube of sealant didn't work. I would need to pay him another $400 to replace a square of shingles. He spend maybe an hour in his three tries. Would not hire Crewpro again. The leak was a small drip from a nail that had created a water spot in the dinning room ceiling.

Great personal service.

Very easy to work with, Mark is a true professional. Very good estimate, well better than the other 2 I received and quality work with a warranty.

Timely service, good cleanup and work.

Timely response to our roof leak issue. Repair scheduled within a few days. Very knowledgable crew and job completed per the estimate

Very professional and courteous...I'll be using them in the future.

Provide a good level of detail in presenting a Professional Quote. Worked very hard to complete the work in the time requested.

Able, pleasant contractor, if I need more roofing work done I'll be a repeat customer.
