felt the company was dishonest and incompetent. after numerous unsuccessful attempts to fix the original problem i called them for, i stopped getting a response when he said he would refund my service fee.

Mike was suppose to show up on Monday 12/27/21 between 12-4. He was a no show. I called and left a message around 5:00 pm my phone call was never returned. He was suppose to instal a new gas line for my stove. He did repair work the prior week. Charged $269.00 to replace 2 gas ignitors. $110.00 for parts(Retail price) and $159.00 for labor.

Repairman was excellent and diagnosed problem right away. He used vinegar to fix dishwasher problem, and after waiting the time he told us, problem fixed for only service call charge. Will highly recommend them.
