Hello. My name is Ronald Sanders and I live in Ft. Washington, MD. This is the second review that I am putting on this site to inform anyone with GOOD sense to never hire Marcellus Crews and Crewsing Technologies to perform any work in their respective homes or business. They are an absolute disgrace to people in general and they definitely give black people a bad name because they fit the stereotype to a tee. I am a black man and I know the stereotypes that people say about our people. They are definitely not always true but in this case they are true to the 10th power if not more. The first review I sent says I live in Brandywine, MD. I do not live in Brandywine. I live in Ft. Washington, MD. and thatâ s the home Crewsing Technologies was contracted to finish the basement in and to also install double ovens in the kitchen in. Crewsing Technologies was paid in full to finish the basement and the kitchen which never got finished by them. I paid them approximately $55,000.00 for the basement and the kitchen combined. They NEVER finished the work. The double oven work in the kitchen is still not 100% finished. My basement is finished now because after fooling around with Crewsing Technologies for almost a year and a half I hired another company to come in and finish up the basement. I paid this company over $20,000.00 to complete the work. Marcellus Crews owes me this money back and he doesnâ t have to EVER worry about me recommending his company to do any work to family, friends, and people I know. Word of mouth is one of the biggest advertisements but he killed his chances with that. Marcellus has a second in charge whose name is Anthony Holland. Anthony told me that Marcellus wanted to apologize and says heâ s sorry. Now you tell me what decent man sends an apology through one of his workers? HORRIBLE customer service and I wouldnâ t recommend them to a fly if a fly needed to get some work done. Itâ s just a total sad situation and he doesnâ t have to worry about doing work for me EVER again. I just want my money back with interest. A real man admits when heâ s wrong and makes preparations to correct it. Not this man. He hides behind his workers. Even if he disagreed on the amount that I say he owes me he didnâ t complete the details stipulated in the contract so he should know he owes me something. Never reached out to me or anything to try to work something out. Very disappointing. The thing that trips me out though is that this guy ups and runs for the state of MD seat in the US Senate in which he drops our project to do and only receives .5 percent of the vote in the primaries. He got CRUSHED which I already knew would happen but after that was over has never reached out to me or anything. Just pitiful. My wife contacted him twice about a refund for a treadmill that she told him he would be receiving to his Amazon account and he never responded. The treadmill was for my wife but was purchased on Mr. Crews Amazon account. In our contract it called for French doors in the basement. I told him to disregard the French doors and to buy my wife a treadmill in which he did but by the time the basement got finished and the treadmill was put up it wasnâ t to my wifeâ s liking and she wanted to get another one. The 90 day window to send the treadmill back had expired but the seller gave my wife a $106 refund which went to Mr. Crews account. My wife reached out to him twice and gave him different options to send the refund back to her but never received a response from him. There is plenty more I have to say but I feel you will get the gist as to what I am trying to say and that is LEAVE CREWSING TECHNOLOGIES ALONE to do any work in your home if you are smart.

I was referred to Marcellus Crews by my cousin who had work done by Crewsing Technologies in his home. He told me that the work that was done in his home helped him sell his home. I had Marcellus Crews to come into my house and to give me a price. The price for what I wanted done was a great price. The kitchen was getting double ovens and the basement was a total finishing job. The total cost of the project from what I was quoted and signed the contract for was about $55,000.00. I signed the contract on December 15th, 2022 for the basement work. My basement is still not finished and today is April 1st, 2024. The basement has been paid off in full. I gave half of the money for the double oven work in June of 2023. The oven work is still not completely finished but the ovens are in and are functional. The customer service from this company is HORRIBLE and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone wanting to get work done. They are the absolute pits. The end date given to me for my basement to be totally completed was May 23rd, 2023. Marcellus drops my project and decides he would be running for the US Senate seat for the state of MD. He decides this in like July of 2023. My basement was supposed to be finished in May of 2023 so if that would have happened he would have been free and clear but it wasn't. WEEKS upon WEEKS and sometimes even MONTHS upon MONTHS no one would show up to our house to do any work. I would call and get no answers. I would text and get no answers. My wife and I talked to him and the end of October or the beginning of November 2023 and he told us that he would be finished by Thanksgiving of 2023. The work is still not completed. Lie after lie has been told to my wife and I. Then he supposedly turns it over to his cousin named Rodney Johnson that has his own company. I signed a contract with Rod and the contract states that I had agreed to pay the remaining balance that I owed for the ovens to jump start the finishing of the project again. It also states that the work that needed to be completed costed more that what I owed for the ovens but that the remaining costs would be paid for by Crewsing Technologies. His cousin is in the hole for money because Marcellus is not paying up and is also not putting up the remaining money needed to complete the basement work. I wouldn't recommend this trifling company to no one. In the contract it called for epoxy floors in the basement. The concrete was never scuffed so that the epoxy could adhere to the concrete. When the first layer of epoxy was put down it never dried which means it was not mixed right. The basement floors stayed like this for months to the point where when Rod took over he spent a few days having to clean the floors up and also had to have a foot of the drywall removed around the rim of the basement for possible mold. Come to find out mold has formed in a part of the basement and that still lingers because no one has come to cut it out and do mold control. My wife and I have been dealing with this for almost a year and a half and it has been very, very disheartening and I wouldn't wish this on my worse enemy. My wife and I have PAID in FULL for the basement work and the kitchen work to be totally completed and it still isn't completed. I have a wife and 9 children. We have missed 4 milestone birthdays, holidays, Super Bowl, NBA Allstar game, etc. to be able to celebrate these in our basement. In the basement the contract calls for speakers in the ceiling and walls, surround sound, and smart technology. 4 tvs got hung on the walls in July of 2023 and it's April 2nd, 2024 and we still aren't able to utilize the tvs because the surround sound and such are still not hooked up and if they were the basement isn't finished so we couldn't sit down there and watch them. While everything seemed to be going wrong with the other services, Marcellus with Crewsing Tech was the only bright spot in what would have been a disastrous weekend. I highly recommend Crewsing Technologies for your projects and they provide so much more than TV installations. Bathrooms, decks, you name it. I'd already hired a different contractor to do this job when they showed up they told me they couldn't place the mount where I wanted it so I contacted this company and they fit me in that same day within like 2 hours did an excellent job both the person I spoke to on the phone and a gentleman who showed up to do the job very customer oriented.

I needed a new LG 65 inch OLED TV mounted above my fireplace. I spent an entire day trying to find the correct mounting bracket for this install as I only have a single stud in the center of my fireplace and in the end I wasnâ t sure how to complete the project . I reached out for assistance and thankfully Marcel from Crewsing Technologies contacted me and after I explained my project and concerns. Marcel was able to obtain the articulating mounting bracket I described and to my surprise he adjusted his schedule to come and perform the work the very next day which happened to be on a Sunday which exceeded my expectations 100%. The end project looks fantastic. I will definitely use Crewsing Technologies in the future for my technology needed work.

This is a VERY customer friendly and technology knowledgeable company. The technicians were extremely professional and courteous. They taught me (old school) about new technology. The finished product was exactly what I expected. They were masked and remained masked from the time they entered my home until the time they left. They even asked if I wanted them to remove their shoes prior to entering. I would recommend this company to all. The prices were very reasonable and they guarantee their work.
